The club's complaints policy is detailed within the Supporter Charter. Complaints can be sent directly to the relevant team at the club as outlined in the table above. Alternatively, anyone with a complaint can send this to [email protected] and it will be forwarded to the relevant team. Any complaints relating to members of staff will be dealt with by the Human Resources team in accordance with the applicable employment law.

If anyone wishes to raise a concern or make a complaint regarding a safeguarding issue, please email [email protected]. This complaint will be dealt with in line with the club’s safeguarding procedures. Please visit the safeguarding section of the club’s website for further information.

A concern would be classified as a safeguarding matter when it relates to either:

Complaints regarding poor practice in relation to children’s activities or relating to children (under 18s), such as bullying
Complaints relating to an adult at risk
