At our Premier League match against Chelsea FC (19 October), Brentford FC raised awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training. As part of this year’s Restart a Heart campaign, Resuscitation Council UK and Pablo London created the heart shaped “CPQR code” which aims to increase survival rates by expanding the numbers of people who know the basic principles of CPR and defibrillation.
There were a number of chances to learn CPR and speak to experts around the stadium. The CPQR code featured prominently on the front of the shirts, screens and digital platforms to encourage millions watching around the world to take two minutes to learn the basics of CPR.
Scan it. Learn it. Save a life.
