Creating a Ticketing Account

Single Sign-On

We use single sign-on, which means: if you have previously had an account with us there’s no need to make a new one. Simply log in and you’re in! (We use the same details for ticketing, video, bees store and the Brentford FC app)

  • Click SIGN IN at the top right of the screen.

STEP 3

  • Click REGISTER HERE.

STEP 4

  • Complete your personal details. Make sure you remember the email and password you have entered.

STEP 5

  • Select REGISTER.

STEP 6

  • You are now registered online.

Buying match tickets

Log into your account on the ticketing site, using the email and password you created for your Single Sign-On account.

Downloading your tickets

  • Having logged in, click on the Account icon.

STEP 3

  • Click view account menu > account management > account history

STEP 4

  • Here you will see your account history, including your purchase history, ticket exchange, and box office activities.

STEP 5

  • Find the relevant fixture you wish to find match tickets for. Click the fixture you are looking for, and click resend Email.

STEP 6

  • You will see a purchase confirmation at the top of the screen. Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]. If you do not receive an email, contact the box office on 0333 005 8521 or email [email protected].
