Brentford FC’s conference and events programme has been launched this week in partnership with the Lime Venue Portfolio.
Lime Venue Portfolio is a market leader in the conference and event business. They have the UK’s largest portfolio of diverse, unique, sporting and cultural meeting and event venues, bringing together over 80 nationwide venues, all operated by Compass Group UK & Ireland.
At the centre of the design of the stadium, was the need for the Club to connect with the local community, something we are also looking to do through our meetings and events business.
James Parkinson, commercial director at Brentford, said: “It was so important for us that when we moved away from Griffin Park that we stayed in Brentford, in our community, close to our spiritual home.
“Our new stadium has already found a place in the hearts of so many people having witnessed some amazing moments over the past few seasons.
“We want our guests to be inspired when they come along for their meetings and events, connecting to our people, our values and our community.”

“We all know how important it is for the Club to connect with their communities, be it locally in Brentford, the wider London story, or as a UK representative of elite sport, health, nutrition, and fitness,” commented Jo Austin, sales director at Lime Venue Portfolio.
“Brentford has an amazing atmosphere both on match and non-matchdays, it’s brand new, is easily accessible within the capital and has a great personality that meetings and event organisers can really play with.”
Seven customisable event spaces and six executive boxes provide the perfect backdrop for private celebrations, meetings, exhibitions and conferences at Gtech Community Stadium.
The Gtech is already attracting a raft of business from both London and the wider UK events community. The Christmas events programme, offering exclusively private parties across the festive period, is also now live.
