Brentford fans are encouraged to complete our end-of-season survey to share their experiences with the club this season and help us identify future improvements. The survey closes at 5pm on 9 June.
As we draw closer to the end of the 22/23 season, the survey is an important opportunity for us to review our performance off the field. This is one of two extended surveys which the club runs throughout the season, in addition to two shorter surveys which give fans a chance to share their views.
All fans, regardless of their attendance at matches, are invited to complete the survey. Fans are asked their opinions on a range of areas including ticket purchasing; matchday experience; retail and website; and social media content.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Upon completion, fans will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Gtech AirRAM Platinum vacuum cleaner and a 2022/23 shirt signed by our men’s first team (terms and conditions apply).
Fan and community relations director Sally Stephens said: “It’s been a great season for the club. Now that we’ve reached the end of the season, it’s the perfect opportunity to reflect on what’s working well and what we can do better. We want to hear from as many fans as possible to help shape our club off the field and we are very grateful for their input.
“Our regular surveys are giving us more insight into our supporters’ experiences and these views allow us to make tangible progress in providing the best matchday experience possible for fans.”
The results of our last survey, conducted in March, showed the club scored strongly in overall satisfaction, with fans feeling very proud to support the club.
More supporters felt that the club is putting fans at the heart of major decisions, with positive feedback on fan group engagement and the campaign around freezing season ticket prices for the 2023/24 season.
The survey has also highlighted the positive impact of the club’s new website launched in summer 2022.
Particular areas of focus based on the results of the last survey for next season include both catering and ticketing. While food and beverage scores did marginally improve overall, queue times and the need to cater for a wider range of food preferences were identified as areas to work on. The feedback also showed that there is room for improvement in ticketing.
In response to this we have been trialling new self-service ordering units to help minimise queues and a pre-order app to provide a wider selection of food and drink options in each stand, both of which we will fully roll-out next season.
Just before the last survey was published, we announced our new ticketing provider, Ticketmaster Sport, and we are looking forward to launching the new system ahead of next season.
Complete our survey. The closing date 9 June (5pm).
