Search processes
Please note that fans visiting the Gtech should expect a robust searching process as part of our efforts to ensure a safe environment for all supporters. This may include a full pat down body search and searches of bags and other personal items carried by supporters. Privacy can be requested - please speak to a member of staff who can help.
Going through the turnstiles
Turnstiles will work similar to those on the London Underground – you tap or scan your ticket and then walk through. Stewards will be on hand to help should there be any difficulties.

Bag policy (updated ahead of the 2026-27 season)
Bags that exceed the permitted dimensions of 34 cm (H) x 24 cm (W) x 11 cm (D) will not be permitted into the stadium, including suitcases. These dimensions are slightly larger than the height and width of an A4 sheet of paper.
The club strongly recommends that fans do not bring bags with them to the stadium but bags within the size restrictions will be permitted, subject to a search on entry. Please note that bags cannot be folded to meet the size limit. Stewards will have apparatus to measure bag sizes and those that are bigger than the permitted size will need to be checked into the club’s bag storage facility.
Away fans are also included in this policy. The visiting club will be informed of the bag size restrictions ahead of their supporters' arrival.
Paid bag storage on matchdays
Fans with oversized bags that are not permitted into the stadium will be directed to the bag storage facility at the Bees Superstore where they can securely store their bag or suitcase. Prams and buggies can also be stored here.
Bag storage is only available at the Bees Superstore, located next to the A4/M4. (Storage is not available at the Hive Superstore, our more recently opened store located next to Kew Bridge station).
Bag storage will be free for our pre-2026-27 season friendly against Eintracht Frankfurt and our opening three home Premier League fixtures of the season (Tottenham Hotspur, Sunderland, and Chelsea) while supporters adapt to the new policy. From our game against Liverpool on 17 October onwards, bag storage will cost £5 per item for most bags and £10 per item for the largest bags and suitcases.
Any profits from the bag storage will be donated to Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
Fans that cycle to the game can store their bags and helmets for free throughout the season. Show your bike helmet at the bag storage as proof that you cycled. Bike helmets will still be permitted into the stadium if preferred.
Bag policy - exemptions for medical, accessibility and childcare reasons
Exemptions to bag size restrictions have always been available to fans with medical and accessibility requirements, and this will continue.
These exemptions are intended for fans that need to bring specialist medical or accessibility supplies or equipment into the stadium. We can also allow exemptions for parents of small children who need provisions such as nappies and bottles with them inside the stadium.
If you need an exemption, you should request one as soon as possible by contacting [email protected] and providing evidence and information as to why you need a larger bag. Exemptions are at the discretion of the club and successful applicants will receive a PDF letter that they must present to stewards on entry into the ground.

Other notices
There are water fountains inside the stadium with a reusable cup system for those that don’t want to bring along a small plastic bottle. Please note that any misuse of bottle lids as missiles will result in ejection from the ground and will risk a stadium ban.
Motability scooters can be brought into the stadium for fans sitting in wheelchair spaces but there are no other storage facilities available at the stadium.
Sikh visitors to the stadium will be permitted access with a Kirpan, provided that the blade length is no more than four inches and it is safely secured in a sheath and concealed beneath clothing. Sikhs wearing a Kirpan are encouraged to declare it and undergo searches as required by stewards.
Essential childcare items and health related medication items such as inhalers, epi-pens and blood sugar testing kits are allowed into the stadium. Please bring them in as small a bag as possible so that it is quick and easy to search at the turnstile.
Food items are allowed into the stadium as long as they fit in a small bag.
For any larger items like crutches, please email details to [email protected] with details of the items so that we can ensure that security are aware in advance of the need to bring the items in.
Medical cannabis will only be permitted if a prior exemption has been granted. Please email [email protected] to request an exemption and receive guidance. This will also allow us to ensure security are informed in advance about the need to bring these items into the stadium.
All items brought into the stadium may be subject to being searched before entry.
Fan Behaviour
As a club we are committed to ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our supporters, as outlined in our Diversity & Inclusion Policy which is part of our BeeTogether campaign. If you witness or experience any behaviour in the stadium which you believe breaches our Diversity & Inclusion Policy or falls below the standard of behaviour that you would expect, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible. Please report what you see or experience to any of our matchday stewards, or text “BFC followed by your message” to 62277 and our Operations team will be notified. Retail Options
The Bees Superstore is open 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday and from 10am-4pm on Sunday.
Matchday opening times vary depending on kick-off times.
Matchday programmes will be available to buy from dedicated sales positions around the stadium with cashless transactions in place.
Recycling
The Club is committed to minimising the environmental impact of all our activities.
You can help us ensure all waste is recycling by simply choosing the right bin when you dispose of your rubbish and making use of our reusable cup scheme by placing your cup in the collection point after use.
Smoking
There is no smoking or use of e-cigarettes permitted anywhere across the stadium campus.

There are a number of food and drink kiosks available around the stadium, with a wide range of options on offer (including vegetarian and vegan options) as well as both alcoholic and soft drinks.
Four Corners kiosks are named as a tribute to our old stadium Griffin Park, where there was a pub on each corner, and offer draught beers as well as pies and pastry products. At Griffin Kitchen kiosks, the focus is on a wider range of food options, together with a bottled beer offering.
Early Bird offers are available in general admission areas from when the stadium opens for 30 minutes (and in the Dugout and Premium lounges up to an hour and a half before kick-off). Draught beer is available for £4 and soft drinks are £1.75 during the Early Bird window and all pies and sausage rolls are just £4.
After the Early Bird offers end, there are some 'bundle' offers available at each kiosk including a pint of Grolsch and a sausage roll (or vegan pie) for £8.95 at Four Corners kiosks or confectionery and a soft drink at the Griffin Kitchen kiosks.
There are also a number of specialist outlets in the stadium including samosas in the Dugout, indian food from award-winning restauranteur Dipna Anand in the West Stand upper concourse and pizzas in the North Stand.
All food counters have been designed at a height to make them fully accessible for fans in wheelchairs and have accessible pay points.
Water fountains are also available around the stadium which provides a healthy, free drink option (and a way to avoid any queues!). You can bring in small non-glass clear bottles to refill at our water fountains.
A reusable cup system is in operation around the stadium as part of the Club's sustainability commitment.
One kiosk will open in the West Stand lower section for around 20-30 minutes after the final whistle for some games, together with kiosks either side of The Dugout in the South Stand and The Dugout itself will also be open for at least one hour after the final whistle via Entrance B with the numbers strictly controlled by stewards on the door.
You can take food and soft drinks back to your seats but no alcohol is allowed in the seating bowl.

Contactless
The stadium is fully cashless which delivers the following benefits: Increased speed of service and shorter queue times A wide range of payment options including bank cards and mobile and wearable payment options Improved hygiene – staff won’t be handling cash All major contactless debit and credit cards will be accepted, with chip and pin applying for purchases over £45. Toilets
There are plenty of high-quality toilets available throughout the stadium, with an ambulant disabled toilet with extra space in each toilet block and separate accessible toilets, all of which are clearly signposted.
