The Ticket exchange gives fans another opportunity to buy tickets for home matches. Tickets become available when season ticket and premium seat holders who cannot attend list their seats for sale.
Members can purchase one ticket per fixture through the ticket exchange, provided they have not already bought a ticket for that match.
Who can buy tickets?
Ticket Exchange access depends on the match category:
Category A*: My Bees members with 100+ TAPs
Category A: My Bees members with 30+ TAPs
Category B: All members
Friends & Family Access fixtures: All members
Eligible memberships include:
Adult
18-24
Bees Overseas
The Swarm
Bee Team
Babees
For Category B and Friends & Family Access fixtures, season ticket and premium seat holders may also be given access between 72 and 48 hours before kick-off, subject to availability.
The ticket exchange opens to eligible members as soon as tickets for the fixture go on sale. Eligibility depends on the match category and may change based on demand, safety or security advice, or changes to the fixture date and kick-off time. Please check the individual match information for the latest eligibility requirements.
