Your Ticket Guide for the 2026/27 Season

Brentford FC categorises all Premier League fixtures as either Category A* (Cat A*), Category A (Cat A) or Category B (Cat B).

These categories are based on factors including expected level of demand for tickets, stadium capacity, security arrangements, and club rivalries.

Games with the greatest demand for tickets.

• To purchase tickets: you must be a My Bees member and meet the minimum Ticket Access Points (TAPs) requirement (100+ TAPs)

• Purchase windows:

  • Window 1: Members with 300+ TAPs

  • Window 2: Members with 100+ TAPs

• To forward your ticket:

  • Season ticket and premium seat holders can forward their season ticket to anyone within their friends & family network who meets the on-sale eligibility criteria; a member with 100+ TAPs.

  • Members can forward their match ticket to anyone within their friends & family network who meets the on-sale eligibility criteria; a member with 100+ TAPs.

Games where we expect to see a high demand for tickets.

For the 2026/27 season, the minimum TAPs requirement for Category A fixtures will now 30+ TAPs to help as many members as possible access tickets to home games. No changes will be applied to other categories.

• To purchase tickets: you must be a My Bees member and meet the minimum TAPs requirement (30+ TAPs).

  • Window 1: Members with 300+ TAPs

  • Window 2: Members with 30+ TAPs

• To forward your ticket:

  • Season ticket and premium seat holders can forward their season ticket to anyone within their friends & family network with a Brentford FC ticketing account.

  • Members can forward their match ticket to anyone within their friends & family network who meets the on-sale eligibility criteria; a member with 30+ TAPs.

• Ticket exchange:

  • My Bees members with 30+ TAPs

Games where we expect to see a greater availability of tickets.

• To purchase tickets: you must be a member - no TAPs (Ticket Access Points) are required

  • Season ticket and premium seat holders can forward to anyone within their friends & family network with a Brentford FC ticketing account.

  • My Bees members can forward their match ticket to anyone within their friends & family network who meets the on-sale eligibility criteria; being a member.

• Ticket exchange

  • Bees Overseas

  • All My Bees members

  • Season ticket and premium seat holders’ access 72-48 hours before kick

• The Friends & Family Access fixtures are a membership benefit available to Adult and 18-24 members, allowing them to purchase an additional ticket for selected matches each season.

• This is designed to encourage member attendance and introduce new supporters to Brentford.

• Friends & family access fixtures are games that we expect to see a greater availability of tickets. Games designated as friends & family access fixtures will be confirmed when tickets go on sale.

• To purchase tickets: you must be a My Bees member, and there is no minimum Ticket Access Points (TAPs) required. My Bees members will be able to purchase two tickets per account and can forward additional tickets to someone in their Friends & Family network.

• To forward your tickets to your guest:

  • My Bees members can forward their guest ticket to anyone in their friends & family network - they do not have to be a member.

• Ticket exchange access

  • Open to all members (two per account)

  • Season ticket and premium seat holders’ access 72-48 hours before kick-off

Please note: A place in a ticket window does not guarantee access to tickets, as demand may exceed supply for certain matches.

All windows are subject to change based on demand and safety advice. TAPs thresholds may be introduced for Category B or Friends & Family access fixtures based on security arrangements.

• Ballot: 100 tickets are reserved for each fixture through the Bees Overseas ballot.

• Ticket Exchange access: Opens to Bees Overseas members on the closest business day to three weeks before the fixture (subject to UK bank holidays).

• To ensure young fans can enjoy matches in the family area, all winners of the under 18’s lucky dip will be seated in the designated family area (section N127) ensuring the family area remains a space for families and young supporters.

• A minimum of 50 seats will be held back from general sale for this purpose at every home fixture, and each successful ballot entrant will receive one ticket for themselves and one for their parent or guardian.

Brentford FC uses a fixture-by-fixture, data-led approach when setting TAPs windows. There is no fixed TAPs pattern across the season, with each match assessed individually.

TAPs thresholds are determined using a range of factors, including expected demand, away allocation size, historical sales data, travel considerations, broadcast scheduling, and the match date and kick-off time.

On-sale process:

Season ticket and premium seat holders

95 per cent of Category A away tickets are made available to season ticket and premium seat holders, subject to TAPs.

Tickets go on sale first to those with the highest TAPs. The TAPs requirement will then reduce in later windows. If tickets remain, they may be made available to My Bees Members. Where availability is very limited, access may be restricted to members with the highest TAPs.

My Bees Members

5 per cent of Category A away tickets are reserved for My Bees Members through a registration ballot. Successful ballot entrants will be able to buy in the first available member window. If more tickets remain after season ticket and premium seat holder sales, further member windows may open. Where availability is limited, members with the highest TAPs may be prioritised first. Example windows:

• Window 1: Season ticket holders with 1,500+ TAPs

• Window 2: Season ticket holders with 500+ TAPs

• Window 3: All season ticket holders

• Window 4: Members with 500+ TAPs

• Window 5: All members

Games where we expect to see a greater availability of tickets.

On-sale process:

Window 1

All tickets are available to 2026/27 season ticket and premium seat holders on a first-come, first-served basis.

Window 2

Remaining tickets are made available to all My Bees members, also on a first-come, first-served basis.

Away games with greater availability and an opportunity to introduce new or current fans to supporting Brentford away from home.

On-sale process:  Season ticket holders, premium seat holders and members can buy two or more tickets per account, and this number can be adjusted for away games with high availability

Members may register their interest in matches that sell out initially. If more tickets become available, they will be contacted in order of registration.

Members must have the required TAPs at the time that the match sells out to be eligible to register interest.

Coach travel will be available to purchase for each fixture via the ticketing website. Full details, including timings and prices, will be shared in the on-sale communications ahead of the first sales window.

The number of TAPs awarded per match is based on a variety of factors, including:

• Distance travelled

• Day of the week

• Travel disruption

• TV broadcast arrangements

• Anticipated demand

The club may increase the TAPs awarded if a game is moved to a less accessible time, such as for TV, in line with Ticketing Group guidance. The final TAPs value for each fixture will be communicated in the relevant on-sale communications, once the matchday fixture timing has been confirmed.
