Our ‘every seat counts’ policy will continue next season to keep the Gtech packed with Brentford fans.
As a season ticket holder, if you know in advance that you can’t attend a match, you’ll need to share your ticket with someone else or list your ticket on the ticket exchange so another fan can be there in your place.
This way, we can make sure the Gtech is full for every home game, keeping our atmosphere loud and supporting the team on the pitch.
Over the 2025/26 season, more than 20,000 tickets were purchased on the ticket exchange, reducing empty seats, maintaining our brilliant atmosphere, and allowing more Bees fans to attend matchdays. We have also given £500,000 back to season ticket holders from ticket exchange sales.
HOW THE POLICY WORKS
If a season ticket holder, including premium seat holders, doesn’t use their ticket for a league match, they will receive a yellow card. If they accumulate four or more yellow cards by the opening of the next renewal period in 2027, they risk losing the automatic right to renew their season ticket for 2027/28.
To avoid getting a yellow card, each season ticket holder must 'use' their ticket for every home match by performing one of the following actions:
Attend the match and have their season ticket scanned on entry to the Gtech.
Share their ticket with another Brentford supporter, ensuring the recipient scans the ticket.
List their ticket on the ticket exchange prior to the deadline, which is always 2pm on the day before the game.
Sell their ticket on the ticket exchange, even if they miss the 2pm deadline.
Exemptions remain for juniors and fans with disabilities who attend with personal assistants.
