As a member, you have access to purchase tickets for home, away, and cup games. You can also make use of the Ticket Exchange to secure tickets, including premium seats.

Home tickets

Watch the Bees live at Gtech Community Stadium!

Members can access tickets to all home games…

Category B fixtures are available to all members*.

Category A fixtures require 30+ Ticket Access Points (TAPs).

Category A* fixtures require 100+ Ticket Access Points (TAPs).

Friends & Family Access allows Adult and 18–24 Members to purchase additional tickets for selected Category B fixtures and bring friends or family along.

*Fixture categories will be confirmed before the season starts.

Away tickets

Support the Bees on the road all season!

For Category A away games, five per cent of away tickets are reserved for members via ballot here. Successful members will have the opportunity to purchase their ticket during the first member window.

Any unsold tickets from the season ticket holder allocation may be offered to members.

Category B games will go on sale to season ticket holders first, with any remaining tickets made available to all members to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

Category C games will go on sale to all members and season ticket holders in the same window, and they will be able to purchase tickets for themselves and two others per account.

As a member, you can access additional tickets that have been listed on the exchange by season ticket holders.

Members must meet the TAPs criteria to purchase on the Ticket Exchange (Cat A 40 TAPs, Cat A* 100 TAPs).

FAQs

  • TAPs stands for Ticket Access Points, which are awarded to fans who attend games to reward loyalty.

  • The amount of TAPs awarded per fixture varies and depends on several factors, such as distance travelled, date of fixture, travel disruption, TV broadcast arrangements, and anticipated demand. The final TAPs value for each fixture will be confirmed when the on-sale information is communicated.

  • TAPs balances will rolling, including the four previous seasons plus TAPs accrued in the upcoming season. This new system prioritises recent, consistent attendance. Find out more about the new rolling TAPs system here.

  • Brentford FC categorises all Premier League home fixtures as either Category A* (Cat A*), Category A (Cat A), or Category B (Cat B).

  • Brentford FC categorises all Premier League away fixtures as either Category A, Category B, or Category C.

  • These designations are based on anticipated demand for tickets, stadium capacity, security assessments, and club rivalries.
